A Day In Lucban Quezon

It was Thursday morning, we wake up early to prepare for a first day of "wandering" in Quezon province. We are here for a business trip. Since it’s early in the morning and just before turn office hours, me and my colleague are decided a moment to go to what they called the Kamay Ni Hesus Shrine in Lucban Quezon. They say that there is a high concrete Stairs U need to steps before reaching the top of that shrine, where there is a towering statue of Jesus.

For some, the Kamay ni Hesus Shrine is a sacred place for devout Catholics.

But for me, the day was a great experience to get fresh air, seeing the beautiful landscape and able to exercise and to climb the 100 plus steps stairs and reach the top of the shrine which reflected the full Lucban Quezon.

The photos here are just some of the snapshot we had for an instantaneous access to Kamay ni Hesus Shrine. I promised myself that I will go back in this area for a refreshing and relaxing day close to nature.

  2. Hi!
Thank you, thru slex take calamba exit and drive towards calamba town proper , there is a junction, turn right, and passing by towns of los banos, bay, sta cruz and pagsanjan, once you are in Pagsanjan, at Pagsanjan Town Hall, there is a way going to Luisiana Town, then head straight towards Lucban Quezon. Kamay ni Hesus is about a kilometer away from Lucban Town proper.. Have a nice blessed day always!
